Last year, SevenStars America increased in every area: number of volunteers, donations, community support and outreach. Thank you to all our volunteers and partners who supported our efforts with your generosity of spirit, time, resources, and most especially, your prayers. God richly blessed us in 2017. This year we plan to increase our Community Projects, Project Leadership and Community
Partnerships.

WEEK OF KINDNESS
SevenStars members and friends are encouraged to join us in a week of random acts of kindness February 11-17, 2018.

JUNE-AUGUST, 2016 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Assisted Marcus Walker of the Heart of Kansas City Foundation’s Groom the City 816 project at reStart in June. Help provided with art activities, polishing nails, serving refreshments, 60 Blessings-in-a-Pack, toiletry items and cold water. Check us out on YouTube: Groom the City 816. We continue to research grant opportunities to expand our services. Please let us know if you know of any opportunities. We are a 501(c)3 corporation.
 
SPECIAL PROJECTS
The Bridge Home for Girls is in need of back-to-school items – school supplies and uniforms. For additional information, please call 816-333-8711. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

We are helping more people this year on a monthly basis. This month we exceeded our goal with over 300 Blessings-in-a-Pack distributed through Street Ministry. THANK YOU to all who support our efforts with your generosity of spirit, time and resources. THANK YOU to Happy Day Preschool for sponsoring a Toiletry Drive and donating over 300 toiletry items for our projects. THANK YOU to the Lenexa Christian Center Connect Inner City Ministry for your continuous support in making it possible for us to exceed our monthly goals. Thank you everyone for sharing our mission and keeping SevenStars America in your prayers.

APRIL, 2016 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Helped member Madeline R. with special project to refurbish and decorate eight bedrooms for men released from prison to be housed at reStart. We provided Bibles, wall clocks and toiletries, and helped set up the rooms.
- Assembled and distributed over 300 Blessings-in-a-Pack.
BUSINESS PARTNERS NEEDED
We need businesses to make financial donations on a regular basis. This will help to keep the dedicated phone line, keep the website updated and add financial contribution functionality to the website.
